Spectroscopy Lab
Research Facility
The Spectroscopy Lab at FSU is home to a variety of instruments used for optical spectroscopy of solid-state and solution samples. The lab provides facilities for optical characterization via steady-state, using UV-VIS-NIR, FT-IR, Raman, fluorescence, and emission quantum yield measurements. Time-resolved absorbance and emission spectra/kinetics can be acquired from 250 fs to 1 ms time scales.
