Materials Characterization Laboratory

The Materials Characterization Laboratory (MAC Lab) is a multiuser research facility allowing access to a variety of sophisticated instruments to allow the characterization of materials. The facility is well equipped to carry out magnetic property measurements (SQUID, EPR), thermal analysis (DSC & TGA), and atomic force microscopy. These instruments can be used by internal or external researchers after sufficient training or via sample submission (contact Dr. Winfred).
